Dont be daft. What the Pre-exec update means(its not actually an
exec update) is that anyone using the name Amiga or its logos in
order to sell items or services without their express allowance is
breaking the law. Ie - anyone selling Amiga faceflates for towers,
Amiga games that have been mass cloned or ripped, or basically
anything that isnt official.

Using a boing ball on your website or email taglines etc is not
considered wrong as you are not using that image/word to sell or
promote anything. If you were to say something like "official Amiga
Web Designer" then it would be another matter entirely though....

Get what I mean??

logo - but I cannot find any licensing information.

lol

No. but the men with the white coats most likely are already on route
to your place. (at my behest of course :)
